Refund Policy

All products featured on atlaspagesstudio.com are sold exclusively through our Etsy shop. This page explains how refunds work for purchases made there.

Digital Products Are Final Sale

Because our products are instant-download digital files (PDF planners and templates), all sales are final once the file has been downloaded. Due to the nature of digital goods, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after download, except as required by applicable law or as outlined below.

When We Will Offer a Refund or Replacement

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will offer a refund or free replacement file if:

• The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise unusable through no fault of your own
• You received the wrong product due to an error on our part
• The product does not match its description in a material way

How to Request a Refund

All purchases and refund requests are handled through Etsy's messaging and purchase protection system, since that is where the transaction occurred. To request a refund or report an issue:

1. Go to your Etsy purchase history
2. Find the relevant order
3. Message the shop (Atlas Pages Studio) directly through Etsy, or use Etsy's "Help with Order" option
4. We typically respond within 24 hours

Etsy Purchase Protection

Etsy also offers its own purchase protection program for eligible orders. Details are available on Etsy's own policy pages, which govern the actual transaction independent of this Site.

Change of Mind

Because these are digital products delivered instantly, we're unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases (e.g. deciding you no longer want the product after downloading it, or purchasing the wrong variant by mistake without contacting us first). Please review product descriptions and previews carefully before buying.
