How to Use Your Digital Planner
All Atlas Pages Studio planners are PDF files that work with any PDF annotation app. Here is how to get started on the most popular platforms.
GoodNotes (iPad, iPhone, Mac)
- Download the PDF file from your Etsy purchase confirmation email or Etsy Downloads page.
- Open the Files app on your iPad and locate the downloaded PDF.
- Tap the file, then tap the Share icon and select "Open in GoodNotes" or "Copy to GoodNotes."
- The planner opens as a new notebook. Use the pen tool to write and tap any hyperlinked tab to jump between sections.
Notability (iPad, iPhone, Mac)
- Download the PDF from your Etsy purchase.
- Open Notability and tap the Import icon (down arrow).
- Select the PDF from Files.
- The planner imports as a new note. Hyperlinks work automatically in Notability.
Xodo (Android, Windows, iOS)
- Download the PDF and open Xodo.
- Tap the + icon and browse to your downloaded file.
- Annotate with the pen, highlighter, or text tools. Hyperlinks are fully supported.
Samsung Notes (Samsung tablets)
- Download the PDF.
- Open Samsung Notes, tap the + icon, and select "Import PDF."
- Write on the planner pages using your S Pen. Note that hyperlinked navigation may have limited support depending on your Samsung Notes version.
Any Other PDF App
Our planners work with any app that supports PDF annotation, including PDF Expert, Flexcil, CollaNote, and more. Simply import the PDF file and start planning.
Tips for Getting the Most Out of Your Planner
- Use the hyperlinked tabs to jump between sections quickly instead of scrolling through pages.
- Back up your planner file regularly by exporting it from your app.
- Duplicate pages if you want extra copies of a layout you use frequently.
- Adjust your pen thickness and color to match your planning style.
