What format are the planners in?
All our planners are delivered as PDF files. They work with any PDF annotation app including GoodNotes, Notability, Xodo, Samsung Notes, PDF Expert, and more.
How do I download my planner after purchase?
After completing your purchase on Etsy, you will receive a download link in your Etsy purchase confirmation email. You can also access your downloads anytime from your Etsy account under Purchases and Reviews.
Do the planners work on Android?
Yes. Since our planners are standard PDF files, they work on any device that has a PDF annotation app. Popular Android options include Xodo, Samsung Notes, and Flexcil.
Do the planners work on a computer (Windows or Mac)?
Yes. You can use them with GoodNotes on Mac, or with any PDF annotation software on Windows such as Xodo or Adobe Acrobat.
Are the planners dated or undated?
We offer both. Check each product listing for details. Our Smart Daily Planner is undated (use it any time), while the Smart Class Planner includes dated 2026-2027 calendars alongside undated weekly spreads.
What does "hyperlinked" mean?
Hyperlinked planners have tappable tabs and links built into the PDF. Tap a tab to instantly jump to that section instead of scrolling through hundreds of pages. It works like a mini app inside your PDF reader.
Can I print the planners?
Yes, all our PDF planners can be printed on standard paper. However, they are optimized for digital use with features like hyperlinks that only work on a screen.
Do you offer refunds?
Because these are instant-download digital files, all sales are final once downloaded. However, we will replace any corrupted or incorrect file. See our full Refund Policy for details.
Can I share the planner with a friend?
Our planners are licensed for personal use by the purchaser only. Sharing, redistributing, or reselling the files is not permitted under our Terms of Service.
